This section of our website is created to help customers that encounter troubles in using the website. Here, you'll be given information on what's available on our website, and how you can easily select what tickets you want and how to buy them.

The primary thing that could interest you is the calendar of events. It is shown in two places. The first is on top right of the website and the other in the center. All of them show similar events but the one in the center shows extra information including the view ticket button that you'll use when you decide to buy tickets.

The event planning lists all the events appearing in the venue, yet if you want to narrow your search and the results given to you, you only use the filters available in the left. You are given the possibility to narrow the search by date and get only events that will take place in the selected period of time, or by selecting a name of an event appearing under the section all events.

When you are done and decided what tickets you want to buy, you can move to the other phase, to complete tickets purchase. To do so, you push the view tickets button, and you will be redirected to tickets page. There you will find tickets sort by row, quantity, section, and of course price. And to give an idea of your seats, we place a map showing seats.
